Senki

Ohaiyo! ^^ 

It's reading week now and 2 more days to start of finals, but I can't possibly do away with a post on food, and more food! So here's an obligatory post on our Senki trip, Japanese Sushi buffet at Killiney Rd :D

There was a big polar bear for people to take pictures with, so here's us with it :D

the security guard saw us taking pictures, and he offered to help us snap a shot! Rlly kind of him :)

After all that fooling around, it's time for lunch! Senki, here we come :D

Started off with Chanwanmushi! (And we ended with another Chanwanmushi - so good :D)

Highlight of the meal: Sashimi!!! Looking at these fat pieces of fresh salmon makes me drool already, bestest sashimi I've ever tried, why so delicious!!! *blissful* 

Soft-shell crab (Spider) maki, and Mango California maki! Loves.

Shitake Mushroom! Wasn't a fan of it, too salty for me. R liked it though! Mushroom fragrance.

Baby Octopus oh myyyy blow kisses.

Agedashi Tofu love love love, SO GOOD.

Enoki mushroom wrapped with pork slices - the first piece I had was perfect! The rest after that was plain sweet, too sweet for my liking

Yakitori (too dry for me) 

Eggplant and Capsicum - Delish! But the portion was slightly large for us both.

More Salmon sashimi please thank you, I can't get over how good they tasted *meltsss*

Nigiri Sushi on this special clog-like plate, accompanied with leafy wasabi and rose ginger. SO PRETTY. So actually for buffets they do not display their sushi in such a manner, but because the awesome sushi chef saw that we kept taking photos of our food, he decided to prepare our sushi in the ala-carte presentation for us to take nicer photos, awwh he's too sweet :*) Really really cute chef too ^^ 

Finally left Senki restaurant after 3 hours of eating, and non-stop eating! Happy beyond happy hahaha :) Stomach was so satisfied! 

And because it's reading week, we got to do some studying too! Headed to Centrepoint's starbucks and studied there till dinner time ^^ Wandered around trying to find somewhere for dinner. Circled around Taka basement and couldn't make up my mind what to have for dinner! Then I was craving for soup - so we headed to Soup Spoon at Ion! 

Nom nom nom.
